You criticize until you realize

Then apologize then empathize-

But why?

You get to keep your fears

And project in mine?

 

My fear is standing still,

Letting life pass me by,

Realizing what a particularly unspecial life it was,

Because I was too afraid to try?

 

I have something special to give,

Even if I’m the only one who knows it’s true…

And it’s not about what you know,

But all about what you do.

You don’t always have to make a difference for others,

But for you;

And if they’re changed too

Don’t attribute it to you

Because your life isn’t just for you.
